My wellness basket is for anyone who is feeling down or unwell as well as for those who wish to treat themselves to self-indulgent foods, scents, and products to use. Therefore, I packed my basket with cookies, candles, my all-time favourite quote, yoga/meditation, walking, a photo of the beach sunset, a notepad, and a face mask. I suggest all of these things because when I’m feeling sad, I like to light a candle and move about with some light exercise. One thing I’ve started doing to help me declutter my head is journaling. Of course, cookies are for their delicious flavour and smell. Finally, I use a face mask to pamper myself and practice yoga or mindfulness to tune into my body and temporarily quiet my thoughts.
