My Ikigai : (What I love the most, What I’m good at, What the world needs). I love to build relationships with people, and I also love to share and hear about other experiences. Moreover, I like movies, cinema, and Music. I’m good at talking, and I play 2 musical instruments. Piano and electric guitar. Lastly, I think the world needs honesty and transparency, and that people must treat others as they would like to be treated.

My top 5 traits according to the VIA test :

  1. Humor
  2. Kindness
  3. Social Intelligence
  4. Curiosity
  5. Perspective

To be honest, I was not surprised by the results of the VIA test, but I was surprised by the accuracy of the test. For those 5 qualities, which were my top qualities, they are really who I am. My friends and my family have told me about the same qualities that the test produced. On the other hand. The ikigai actually surprised me. I never did think about what I love the most or what the world needs, and how they could be linked to each other. And that actually there is nothing common between what I love the most and what I am most good at, except that I like to talk and share experiences, and that I can talk to almost anybody.

And for the game ideas, I used the help of ChatGPT. You can view our conversation here to see how it helped me generate the ideas.

The best idea it helped me generate was :

😂 . Jester’s Journey (Humor & Kindness)

  • Concept: You play as a traveling jester who solves conflicts through humor, kindness, and clever dialogue.

  • Gameplay: Light puzzle-solving and dialogue choices where laughter is your weapon, and kindness unlocks trust.

  • Link to you: Humor is your top strength, and this game puts it at the core.

I really like that kindness unlocks trust points that could be used further in the game. Also, this game could be about how to cheer people up. I think, with a little bit of development, this idea could generate a very fun game to play.

Another idea that it helped me generate was :

🎶 . Band of Hearts (Music + Social Connection)

  • Concept: A cooperative game where you form a band to spread positivity across towns.

  • Gameplay: Each level is a concert where you must sync rhythms with other characters (AI or friends). Your performance influences the emotions of the crowd.

  • Link to you: Music, relationships, kindness, and social intelligence all combined.

I won’t adopt the same idea. I think playing the game as a band member is really interesting, but I’m thinking about making it a dialogue and story-driven game. For example, Problems happen between other band members, and you take sides and try to solve them, and see where this will take you. You might leave the band, someone else could leave, maybe you could even leave with one or two of your teammates and form a new band yourself.
