1. In my field AI is one of the most essential tools that could help students, teachers and people working in the field practically in multiple ways. My intended major is Management of information and communication technologies(MICT). Firstly, AI could help me form excel sheets with the information needed for concluding my work. Secondly, AI could work as a supervisor in my field as we work with loads of numbers and different excel sheets simultaneously. Thirdly, AI could be of use for all form of work in my field as it is time efficient and effective, a teacher can form a presentation with just instructions, and students can make AI help them with studying and research.

AI can analyze large datasets to identify patterns and predict future trends, helping managers make informed decisions. This is a major factor in our field that we want continuous real-time information about the business and market. Also, AI-powered systems can recommend actions based on data, offering decision support for complex business scenarios (e.g., resource allocation or risk management).

By interviewing Dr. Nahed Azab after class I asked her what she thinks about AI in information systems. The Dr answered by saying that AI helps analyzing huge data sets and this is a process that with the advancement of technologies makes it easier for humans to arrange, control and delete data easily and efficiently. This is something that always took from humans huge amount of time. During interviewing Dr. Angie Zaher after the second midterm I asked her how we use AI in the field of accounting she didn’t hesitate saying that we are now implementing in our courses an application that is now integrating AI as a tool to create graphs and charts representing cost, profits and even margins which states what the data illustrates. She says this application shows the power AI holds in the field.

Interviewing my cousin online who works in a bank in the UAE and he is an MICT graduate (BI in other universities) this interview concluded with several points. AI is a good tool to use in data analysis, perfect presentation creator(paid versions), brainstorming tool. During the interview he said that AI is the future of information, meaning that anything containing information will go through the supervision of AI as it has the ability to keep track of human trends more than humans. For example, if a certain business wants to know which products to allocate more resources to, AI can be the best helper to use. My family member Kareem stated that he uses AI in creating presentations that contain statistics and statistical comparison. He starts by making the presentation himself and calculating part of the statistics that he will use and then comparing by the version that AI generates and takes the discussion of using his or the AI one.

5. In my opinion, I am relieved to say that AI will benefit me greatly in my career as it will help me create examples that I can practice on. AI will help me generate model P&Ls, income statements and even model IS that I can practice generating it. AI is a great tool that will continuingly have a great impact on my profession. AI is a tool that leverages technology and enhances decision making. This is the thing that I think helps me the most as it will make me generate the right decisions. This is my opinion without the use of AI.
