I was conducting a test to see weather which is the best AI tool in general. The tools that I used were Gemini, Perplexity, Elicit and Scispace.

The very first thing that I did for each single one of them was I asked them to get me a Scholarly article about the anti-ice system that is used in commercial aircraft.

For gemini it gave me one good article about the anti-ice system and the rest were other system related to other systems in the aircraft.

For perplexity it gave real authentic articles and news papers that do explain the anti-ice system, also when I specified the method which is air bleed it was able to get me the articles. The same goes for Elicit and Scispace. All present me with different articles about the anti-ice system.

For the next task I want to see if the could summarize text. So I took a paragraph from my manufacturing book and asked them to summarize it. Both Gemini and Perplexity were able to summarize the paragraph and present the important data in simple points. For Elicit it can’t since it only allows research questions only. 

For Scispace it was not able to summarize the text.

For the last task I asked all of them to tell me about Ramadan traditions. Surprising was perplexity. It highlighted fasting, the taraweeh prayers, the cultural traditions. It also talked about mesahraty which no other AI talked about. It talked about the greeting used, the decorations that are used. It was the only one that stood out. Next we have gemini which had less details. Elicit could not be used since it is only used for research papers only and scispace could not answer the question
