You are a university student trying to juggle your first week working at a BIG Multinational and your university studies. You will navigate through different scenarios and answer questions that feel right to you while trying to balance between three meters: Visibility (do people know what you can do), Credibility (do they trust your judgement), and Energy (pretty self explanatory). After answering all questions, you will be classified as one of six types:

1) Rising Star – you got high credibility and visibility
2) Trusted Operator – you got high credibility but lower visibility
3) Eager One – you got low credibility but higher visibility
4) Calculated – both meters are in the middle
5) Rebuilding– both are in the low end
6) Burnout – your energy levels drop significantly low
