In my game, I was able to create different pathways for players to experience Tamara’s life, allowing them to make choices and see the results. My game aims to teach lessons about real-life beauty standards, confidence, and many more aspects of beauty like self-acceptance, and the impact of individual decisions. Through Tamara’s journey, players can learn valuable lessons that they can apply in their own lives. If I had more time, I would be able to develop more creative scenarios and choices for the game and interactions for each choice, adding depth and variety to the game. Although I didn’t have much time to ask for feedback from my peer colleagues to improve the first draft, Menna provided me with her helpful feedback. She told me that several slides and choices had wrong links, and I fixed all of them in my final draft. Actually, in the very beginning, I thought I’d only write my ideas and AI would generate the game, but this isn’t how it went at all. Creating the game by myself from scratch took me many days to think about how I wanted the pathways to differ and how to make the game seem realistic and not only AI-generated. I wanted to add a little bit of suspense and different choices for the player to enjoy their time while also learning from the game. Yet, I want to reflect on using AI partially in the game, specifically ChatGPT (no subscription). At times, I struggled to make word choices creative for the player, so I sought help from ChatGPT, which was the only assistance I needed from AI. I also want to mention that despite it took me a lot of time to create each scenario with its choices, still I enjoyed creating it all from scratch.
