Hello again, everyone!

Thankfully, I did not come empty-handed because this is hands down one of the most interesting and controversial topics to discuss. Today, I am going to compare four different AI tools. Also, I am going to take you through the finest details that probably get overlooked.

First off, I tried to ask different AI tools about a specific topic, which is Microsoft’s recent discovery, the quantum processor qubit. I chose this topic for many reasons. The most important one is because it is just 5 days old, allowing me to easily assess how well they keep up as well as their rate of information retention. I also wanted to check on their accuracy and their customization features. and lastly, how they are built to provide diverse alternatives, such as integrating URLs and supporting various file types.

1- Chat GPT

It is hands down one of the fastest ways to get an answer to your questions. Is that answer accurate though?

Take a look at this picture, and you will know the answer right away.

If we take a look at the date that is provided by the site, we will find that it goes back to 2023! As I said before, the topic is only 5 days old, so it was confusing for me to see a whole different answer than the one I expected. Also, if you noticed, it talks about a different model of Majprana (the focal point of the research).

Overall, the accuracy is not suitable at all for research purposes. It is not recommended.

The rate of information retention is also not proper for any kind of research.

The speed and customization features are very good, though.

2- perplexity

To my surprise, it turned out to be perfect in every way! let me tell you why!

  1. It provides nearly all the resources it uses to get the answer
  2. All the resources are credible and trusted. It even came up with the original research paper!
  3. It provides a very detailed answer to every question
  4. It is very up-to-date with a very high rate of information retention
  5. Highly customized with amazing features for research purposes!
  6. You could also share the entire conversation with your colleagues.
  7. If you want to save it, share it with yourself!

In my opinion, it is the best so far!

3-chat pdf

It is a very good tool for discussing PDF files, but it is not recommended for deep, complicated research papers. here is why:

  1. The options for uploading files are limited, as it only supports two types of documents.
  2. When I tried to enter the URL of my paper, it declined, even though it was an option!
  3. It does not provide a detailed answer.
  4. It lags when it comes to a very complicated question.

However, it is highly recommended for light, easy papers.

Also, it is very up-to-date!

4- Research Rabbit

Personally, this is one of the most effective research tools I have ever come across.

If we take a glance at the right side of the picture, we will notice some amazing features that are worth mentioning.

  • It links the paper you provided with other similar papers, giving you space for more exploration and deep research experience.
  • It provides you with all the citations you need.
  • It is very special when it comes to complex and deep questions.
  • Before you even start exploring your selected paper, it asks you about your preferred search provider.
  • Highly up-to-date besides keeping up with the new materials introduced.
  • you can add comments on the text

However, it may take time to master the site, especially if you are a beginner.

That is all for today. I am looking forward to sharing more updates with you all! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to comment on the blog! see you!
